In the following T&Cs a link refers to an anchor link to a website.
Your service
When you 'sponsor this company' you will benefit from:
- a link to your website that will intermittently be displayed on the homepage (i.e. links are rotated on the homepage so that only one link is displayed at a time)
- a permanent link in the directory of sponsors accompanied by details about your website if you have provided them
The frequency with which your link will be promoted on the homepage will depend on the amount you have sponsored. The more you sponsor, the increased frequency with which your link will be shown. For the avoidance of doubt, a link that has been sponsored with £100 will, on average, be shown twice as often as a link sponsored with £50.
Link Policy
You cannot change the link once you have submitted it. Only exceptional circumstances will be considered and at our discretion
No obscene or offensive links will be accepted. Links will be vetted at our discretion. If you submit a link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your link
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene or offensive material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one. You will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime
Links to web pages must begin with http://
You must have the authority to provide the link for the website you submit
Refunds
If your link is accepted and published, you cannot get a refund
If in the future you want your link removed, you can but you will not get a refund
Publishing
Funds must be fully received and cleared before your link goes live on the homepage and in the directory
Once the funds have cleared, your link should be online within 48hrs
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance
